Our Story
Hand-Cut. Marinated. Fire-Grilled.
At Sylmar Kabob House, the grill is the heart of everything. Our beef, chicken, and lamb are hand-cut and marinated, then threaded onto skewers and cooked over an open flame until the edges char and the centers stay juicy. Salmon and Cornish hen come out of the oven roasted to perfection. Every numbered plate is built generously - fluffy rice, grilled veggies, warm pita, sauce, and your choice of side or salad - the kind of portion made for sharing across the San Fernando Valley.

We had never ordered from here, but we were pleasantly surprized. The portions were generous. The lamb chops, finger licking good, the beef excellent. Had we known we got Pita bread with each order, we would have ordered humus.
