At Sylmar Kabob House, the grill is the heart of everything. Our beef, chicken, and lamb are hand-cut and marinated, then threaded onto skewers and cooked over an open flame until the edges char and the centers stay juicy. Salmon and Cornish hen come out of the oven roasted to perfection.     We had never ordered from here, but we were pleasantly surprized. The portions were generous. The lamb chops, finger licking good, the beef excellent. Had we known we got Pita bread with each order, we would have ordered humus.
